Inkpool warrants each laser cartridge to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship for a period of 30 Days from the invoice date. The cartridges are remanufactured to the most stringent quality control standards possible, guaranteeing performance that meets or exceeds that of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Inkpool will replace any of its laser printer cartridges found to be defective. All returns must be returned in the original packaging with protection. Any return without proper packaging will not receive credit.
